Dandelion Salad

I recommend buying everything organic as this is the way to nourish our body better and not overwhelm it with pesticides. It is also better for our earth to not support chemical use that goes to our drinking water. It is a very nourishing and great tasting salad which aids in liver detoxification.

Dandelion greens - You can find it in the stores or own backyard. However I do not recommend picking it up from your backyard if you use any kind of chemicals or have pets.

Sweet Bell Peppers

Green Onion

Green Raw Cabbage - cut it into the small cubes

Pickles- make sure to choose pickles with no added colors or sugar

Toasted Pumpkin seeds

Mayo Dressing - Mayo, salt, Black Pepper, Parmesan cheese, garlic and a bit of water if mayo has thick consistency. The best mayo is based on avocado oil with pasture eggs or vegan mayo based on avocado oil.

Extra Parmesan Cheese to top the salad.

In this recipe, I do not state how much to put of each of the ingredients so that you may add according to your taste. Try to balance everything nicely according to your preferences and be creative in your kitchen.
